Thank you for choosing Elite Supply as  your trusted equipment supplier. Our in depth shipping policy gives you a breakdown of the process from order ot delivery. All of our products ship from the USA with standard freight carriers such as Fedex, UPS, and reliable freight carrier if needed.

By placing an order through our site you are subject to our shipping policy. If any policies to not align with your goals, please contact our customer service for further explanations.

2: Processing, Transit, & Damages

2.1: The estimated shipping times are 5-7 business day depending on delivery location. Times may vary due to any unforseen delays with freight or mail carriers.

2.2  Any damaged or missing pieces will be resent free of charge

2.3: Please contact us within 24 hours of shipping to change your address. If your order has shipped and is in transit, you may be subject to rerouting costs

3.1: All orders are shippied via standard methods such as Fedex & UPS

3.2: if you order is over 200lbs it may be shipped via freight carriers such as DF Young or ESTES

4.1 Within 1-3 days you will be sent tracking information via email or SMS with

a link to track your order 24/7 

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and avoid and cancellation & restocking fees

Damaged During Transport: if your order is damaged during delivery, please take an image of all damaged parts and we will have replacement shipped free of charge. 

If your order is shipped via freight carrier, please state that there are damages on your signed paperwork and email us with images of damages asap so we can file a case upon your behalf.
